Lemonade Stands all Over Dunwoody this weekend!

Lemonade anyone? Dunwoody High School students from the Academy of Finance will be working in teams of four to set up Lemonade stands across Dunwoody through the weekend. Using marketing and business skills they learn in the finance program, students will compete for sales by staking out locations and creating the best product mix. Message from Dunwoody Mayor about COVID-19 Delta Variant

The COVID-19 Delta variant is a growing concern across the country and here in Dunwoody. Locally, we actually had fewer new cases this week than last (52 vs. 71). I feel proud and grateful that our community is highly vaccinated, and I hope this will slow the spread.

Dunwoody has two entertainment districts in place, a third approved

Three entertainment districts–areas where patrons are permitted to leave a restaurant where they have purchased a drink and consume it within the approved district’s boundaries–are now in place in Dunwoody. Per recent approval by Dunwoody City Council approval, Ashford Lane (formerly called Perimeter Center Place) joins Dunwoody Village as an entertainment district. Stage Door Theatre offers classes for ages 3-18

Dunwoody’s Stage Door Theatre is now offering classes for ages 3-18. Class offerings include acting, dance, voice, and technical theatre. Classes will be taught by Stage Door Theatre’s professional actors as well as other Atlanta professionals.
