Book of the Week: Perennials…What You Need To Know!

The author of this book lives in our community and is an avid Aha! Subscriber.  She sent me a copy last fall and I promptly shared it with my Mother who has the greenest of all green thumbs!  My mother has the most beautiful yard in the state of Alabama and this is what she had to say about our book of the week:

“I loved the book!   I hope you don’t want it back.  My favorite flowers are perennials.  I just love to see them popping up to remind me that warmer days are on the way.  Her book is very informative.  It is about flowers she has found to be tried and true and also great tips.  Her sister has beautiful illustrations all throughout the book.”

 I personally love perennials too…they come back year after year which makes my bank account happy because I could seriously go broke buying flowers every spring!  I’ll have to borrow the book back from Mom next time I go to Alabama!
