I thoroughly enjoyed this book. It’s a great tale that somehow covers motherhood, friendship, kindergarten drama, domestic violence, date rape, and a murder mystery all into what is a sometimes light and sometimes dark but always fantastic story. I want to be friends with all three of the main characters…actually I can see many of their characteristics in the women I know and love in Dunwoody! The kindergarten drama stuff is so comical but also sad. As a mom who is well past the kindergarten stage I can now look back and laugh about kindergarten drama but remember like yesterday how significant EVERYTHING seems to a Mama who’s baby just started big school. I’ve now enjoyed three titles by this same author so am going to now add all the rest of her books to my “to read” pile! I can also recommend The Husband’s Secret & What Alice Forgot.
