Did you know that there are students in our local area who lack resources to start the school year? North Point Community Church hopes to rally the community and church attendees to help meet this need with a Back-to-School Drive from August 14 to 28 at https://northpoint.org/backtoschooldrive.
Every dollar donated will be used to purchase school supply sets for students in need who attend local, public schools.
“By students receiving needed, adequate school supplies, it changes their lives and the financial needs of their families,” said Dr. Erika Edwards, a counselor with Fulton County Schools, who participated in a video about the Back-to-School Drive.
“We believe every student should have the supplies they need to succeed,” said Amy Ostrander, who leads children experiences at North Point Community Church. “If you want to be a part of meeting this need for the students in our community, check out our website to learn how you can help. Together we can make a big difference!”
North Point Community Church is located at 4350 North Point Parkway in Alpharetta.
