Atlanta’s first Le Méridien hotel is slated to open this February in Dunwoody.
The 275-room Atlanta Perimeter Hotel & Suites was sold last year. Since then, it’s received a roughly $20 million renovation and is being rebranded as the Le Méridien Atlanta Perimeter.
Atlanta Business Chronicle first reported the change last April.
Le Méridien is a Parisian-inspired brand from Starwood Hotels & Resorts. It draws upon the arts, culture and cuisine of Paris.
Starwood sold the Perimeter hotel to RockBridge Capital LLC for $15.5 million on March 20, 2012. Minnesota-based Wischermann Partners Inc. is teaming up with RockBridge to manage the property.
The hotel is expected to open Feb. 21, according to an announcement.
