2. I, too, feel terrible for the children. To think that their world has
   crashed in at such a young age. This will haunt them forevr.Did anyone think about them when the murder was being planned and carried out! I wish their mother showed a little more sadness – maybe at the sentencing!

6. I watched most of the Hemy trial and most of the Andrea trial. It’s ironic that when long time friend who testified for the prosecution the defense said her crying and emotions was all theatrics & a show for the jury but when Andrea’s mother testified for the prosecution and cried through the whole thing that was okay. Both are understandable. Now we have a friend who’s getting her 5 minutes of fame on the news, who let me point out was not on the stand as a character witness, says that the police bungled things, the prosecution was on a witch hunt and the jury didn’t know what they were doing. According to her one juror made a derogatory comment before the trial but she “didn’t pay attention to the entire jury selection” although she was there. That does not help make Andrea. No sympathy here except for the awful mess the kids are in and the Sniederman’s loss

   PRIOR TO GETTING INVOLVED IN THIS WHOLE
   DRAMA!

8. Not having been on the jury or in attendance at the trial, I won’t comment on the verdict as I’m sure there’s a lot that simply wasn’t reported in the news.

   But I ache for the children – having lost their dad way too soon, and now, depending on the sentencing and any appeals, their mother may be gone from them too. Reminds me of the Tokars case years ago – again, the real victims in that case were the children.

   correspondance between them deleted on her computer and cellphone??

   Also why so many calls & emails the day before the murder, the day of it,and also next day….of course she knew what was going on!

   I don’t think poor Hemy should get the whole punishment. That witch should pay too!! she knew exactly what she was doing!! Judy

10. Her testimony at Hemy’s trial says it all. She sounded defensive not sad. The jury at her trial did justice. I am not sure if she orchestrated the murder, but I feel she new Hemy was capable and she did nothing to stop it. If she really cared about her family, then she should have avoided the affair and found another job.

    I feel sorry for the children, but not for Andrea. She got was she deserved. If she would have not strayed from her marriage, then the father of her children would be alive. Divorce is always an option. But greedy people can’t see that!

11. I think the jury decision sucks!!! The sentence the poor woman received was rediculous. The most she should have gotten was probation. As a TV commentator said, “the decision may have been pay back for Travone.”

    Anyone remember a fellow named Bill Clinton who did not go to jail?

12. So sad to see women get railroaded, bullied and set up by the state. There is not the evidence to support an affair. In SEVEN months, NO romantic emails and only ONE person saw them together the entire time and that was only dancing while on a business trip. I dance with my married friends on business trips all the time. There was only one witness and her testimony was “hearsay” after speaking with a convicted mental case who hears voices. Her one friend spoke from opinion only and changed her story much later. Is everyone’s mind so in the gutter that they can’t believe 2 friends on a business trip can share conversation and hand holding without having intercourse? + the judge was clearly biased against her and she did not get a fail trial.

13. I saw on HLN last night that the they have numerous emails, texts, etc. showing of an affair. They have a email from Hemy asking her to marry him. They also have evidence of her biz trips where he didn’t need to go and not only did he go, they stayed in the same room. I would not want my husband staying in a room with a female on a biz trip. Would you?

    Perjury is a huge offense. She could have been sentenced to 35 years. She lucky she got only 5. If you get probation for lying on the stand, under oath, then everyone will do it. She needs to accoutable for you actions.

    They also said that there were other attempts on Rusty’s life by Hemy. They have evidence to show calls between Andrea and Hemy at the times of these attempts. And Hemy was the first person she called after she heard about the shooting.

    She is lucky she didn’t sentenced to murder.

    I feel bad for the children, and for Rusty’s family. He married a black widow!
