The Marcus Jewish Community Center of Atlanta Announces a New Preschool
The MJCCA Schiff School at Temple Emanu-El
MJCCA Schiff School will open Monday, August 6, 2018;
Registration is now underway at atlantajcc.org/SchiffSchool
(ATLANTA – March 20, 2018) The Marcus Jewish Community Center of Atlanta (MJCCA) is opening a new preschool, the MJCCA Schiff School at Temple Emanu-El (1580 Spalding Dr., Sandy Springs) for children 6 weeks – Pre-K. The MJCCA Schiff School will open on Monday, August 6, 2018, and registration is now available at atlantajcc.org/SchiffSchool.
“MJCCA Preschools are a special community, one that builds lifelong learners, lasting friendships, and a lifetime of memories,” said MJCCA CEO Jared Powers. “We are thrilled with this opportunity to build another amazing preschool community at Temple Emanu-El.”
The MJCCA Schiff School will offer both full-day and half-day options for families. Half-day students attend from 9:30 am to 1:30 pm. Full-day students attend between the hours of 7:00 am and 6:00 pm, and benefit from the core curriculum as well as additional enrichment opportunities. An MJCCA membership is not required to attend the MJCCA Schiff School.

The MJCCA Schiff School will be the MJCCA’s third preschool. It currently offers The Weinstein School at Zaban Park in Dunwoody, and The Sunshine School at Temple Kol Emeth in East Cobb. Both of those schools are accredited by the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC).
