LIVE UPDATES: DeKalb County hopes to reopen Buford Highway by rush hour
Buford Highway is flooded just north of I-285 in DeKalb County due to a water main break.
Water has been flowing onto the highway in Doraville since before 4:30 a.m., according to the WSB 24-hour Traffic Center.
