Piedmont Park and the Atlanta Botanical Gardens will get a $100 million expansion, the city of Atlanta and Mayor Kasim Reed announced Friday.
The city says it has signed letters of intent with two property owners to purchase the property located at the corner of Piedmont Road and Monroe Drive for the historic expansion. The size of the property was not announced. Continue at The Atlanta Business Chronicle
