From an Aha! Subscriber: I just read your nomorobo article and I knew I had to contact you. I work for AT&T and my team and I just launched a free mobile service to stop spam and fraud calls back in December. Its called AT&T Call Protect and its available to all HD Voice customers (iPhone 6 and above and several newer Android devices).
Its based in our network so the user does not need to download our companion app, but the app has some cool features like Spam reporting and a call log where you can see how many fraud calls were blocked and allows the user to unblock calls if AT&T was too cautious in our blocking.
To subscribe the account owner can go to myATT and add to all the lines on the account or each user can download the app but they will each need their own AT&T Access ID to set up the service.
