In support of Greater Atlanta’s Money Smart Week, COUNTRY Financial® has partnered with the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta to sponsor the Money Smart Essay Contests.
Students in college, high school and grades 6-8 are asked to answer the following questions in 300 words or less:
Do you think there is a connection between financial health and physical health? Please explain your answer. And what can a city, state or national policymaker do to help promote financially healthier citizens?
One winner in the college and high school categories will each receive a $2,000 scholarship. The kid category winner will receive a $1,000 scholarship. All scholarships are sponsored by COUNTRY Financial.
Complete rules and application information are available on the Money Smart Week website. Essays are due February 27 for consideration by the judging committee.
