Note from DHS to Students about Parking

Source:  Dunwoody High School Newsletter:

Sophomores and Juniors: At a recent community meeting with Dunwoody city officials, the residents who live on the side streets around DHS asked the city to install “NO PARKING” signs on many of the streets adjacent to the school.  These could go up in a matter of weeks. To guarantee a safe, secure and legal parking space for this semester, please come by the discipline office to get a parking application to park at St. Luke’s Presbyterian Church.  Parking at St. Luke’s will begin in January. Space is limited so first come first served! The cost is $30 and students will be assigned a numbered spot. A decal will be given and it must be put on your back windshield of your car. Rules and regulations will apply.  If students are parked in the Dunwoody High School lot without a parking permit hang tag they will be towed. There will be no further warnings. When parking in the neighborhood please be respectful of the neighbors. We are now providing overflow parking to ALL driving students including sophomores at Saint Luke’s Presbyterian Church.

We encourage all driving students that do not have a DHS parking permit to come to the Discipline Office to pick up parking forms for parking at St. Luke’s ASAP.
