Okay so Christina tried Blue Apron and Carol tried Hello Fresh. They inspired me so I tried Hello Fresh too but only for one week because they didn’t have enough gluten free options for me. I love the idea of groceries delivered to my door with ingredients and step by step instructions. I am super busy with work and my volunteerism problem and LOVE to cook but hate grocery shopping and figuring out WHAT to cook. I’m surprised people as far away as Peachtree City didn’t feel the earth move as I jumped for joy upon discovering Sun Basket.
Their motto is “Organic and non-GMO ingredients & delicious recipes delivered weekly with Gluten-Free, Paleo, & Vegetarian options” I’m sure my neighbors heard me screaming with delight when I drove in my driveway Tuesday and the Sun Basket box had arrived. I even took a picture! The first meal I cooked (coconut-poached salmon with red chard) was delicious and LOVED by all four of my family members. Tonight I’m making Chicken Wings barbacoa with salsa verde. I’m once again excited about cooking dinner. And to make things even better….they gave me a link to send all my friends THREE FREE MEALS!
