Bob is a guy that I met in Phoenix, Arizona circa 1994. He worked in an AT&T call center that I was visiting for sales training. Everyone in the office was raving about Bob’s salsa so I asked him for the recipe and have made it often through the years. I found myself with a plethora of tomatoes from my Dad’s garden so looked up Bob’s recipe and decided it was time to share the yumminess!
Bob’s Salsa
Ingredients:
- 2 Cans Stewed tomatoes (I use fresh when I have them)
- 1 Bunch Green Onions, Chopped
- 1/2 cup chopped cilantro
- 2-3 chopped serrano chiles (chop small)
- Garlic Salt to taste
- Juice of one lime
Preparation:
Put tomatoes in blender and blend for 2-3 seconds only! Pour into bowl. Add other ingredients. Chill overnight. Enjoy with your favorite chips!
