The 2nd Annual Bud-n-Burgers Festival at Brookhaven Park will be on Saturday, June 25, from 12:30 to 7 p.m. The festival will be showcasing 20 – 25 local restaurants and their burger skills competing for a chance to win a share of the $10,000.00 in cash and prizes.
This year’s restaurants include BURGERFI, Tannery Row Ale House, Kuzans Sports Bar, The Square Pub, Famous Joes, Olde Blind Dog Irish Pub, The BIRD, Smoke Ring, Kaleidoscope Bistro & Pub, Lucky’s Burger & Brew Brookhaven, Stats, Glenn’s Kitchen, Varners Restaurant and Tavern, Hudson Grille Brookhaven, The Cowfish Atlanta, Smokin’ Hot Grill on Grill BBQ, KirbyG’s Diner, The Local No. 7, M572, Palookaville Fine Foods, There, a bar & eatery, McCray’s Tavern on the Square and The Mill Kitchen and Bar.
This is a FREE event and the public can vote in the people choice award for their favorite burger. The event will offer a limited number of sampling ticket packages that includes an event-sampling wristband for you to try up to 5 different restaurants burger samples. Tasty burgers and other food items will be for sale by each of the participating restaurants that day while the youngsters can enjoy the Kid Zone.
This year’s entertainment lineup includes Grammy-nominated Tonic, Civil Twilight, Kick the Robot, The Quaildogs & Francisco Vidal.
