DUNWOODY, Ga. — A man is in police custody and accused of being a Peeping Tom.
According to Dunwoody Police, Patrick Bailey was arrested after authorities say he used a cell phone to take pictures and videos of women and girls while they shopped at an Ashford-Dunwoody Road Macy’s.
Police said the 33-year-old admitted to using his cell phone’s camera in public areas and in the dressing rooms of the store as they changed clothes.
Bailey has been charged with a felony county of Peeping Tom.
