Five weeks after crash kills 4 UGA students, survivor out of coma

The survivor from a crash that killed four University of Georgia students is no longer in a coma, her friends said late Tuesday.

Agnes Kim, 21, had been in a coma since being critically injured in the April 27 crash in Oconee County. On May 12, Kim was moved from Athens Regional Medical Center to Atlanta’s Shepherd Center, where her recovery continues.

Late Tuesday, an update on Kim’s condition was posted on a You Caring page created to raise money to assist with her medical costs…..read more….
