Construction is under way for the new Parkview on Peachtree mixed-use development in Chamblee. Located on Peachtree Road near Clairmont Road, the property will consist of 503 apartment units, 40,000 square feet of restaurant and retail space, and 14,000 square feet of loft office space, some of which may be used for medical offices.
No word yet on restaurants or retailers who have committed to the space, but grading work is the current task on the property, which is being developed by CONNOLLY. Terwilliger Pappas is the apartment developer. The company aims to include local, or non-chain, restaurants and shops. Learn more in a video they recently released: https://vimeo.com/154128821
