Ingredients:
- Tuna Steaks
- Teriyaki Marinade (I like the “Soy Vay” brand, available at Fresh Market or Publix)
- Panko Bread Crumbs
Preparation:
Place Tuna in marinade 10 minutes before cooking. Do not marinade any longer or the marinade will toughen the fish. Roll the steaks in the breadcrumbs. Heat a sauté pan to medium / high heat and sear the steaks 3 minutes aside or until preferred internal temperature. As a fan of sushi, I’m not afraid to error to the rare side.
