As many of you are aware, the City of Dunwoody is preparing to begin construction on a deteriorating storm drain culvert replacement project. The project site lies beneath North Peachtree Road between North Peachtree Way and Waterton Court and the project necessitates an upcoming temporary road closure along a portion of North Peachtree Road. This portion of North Peachtree Road will be closed four (4) to nine (9) weeks beginning approximately December 2nd, 2015. Residents will have access to their property throughout the construction period, but North Peachtree Road will be closed to through traffic. A detour will be provided via Davantry Drive, Seaton Drive, and Sandell Drive and signs will be placed along these routes prior to the beginning of construction to notify drivers of the detour.
