14U DSB Maroon Diablos win the 13th Annual Grand Slam Boo Ball Invitational

Sunday, 10-25-15.  The Diablos ran the table on the tournament field with a perfect 6-0 record for the weekend, highlighted by 2 come from behind wins, 3 very close wins, and a thrilling, 8 inning semi-final victory over the GSA Renegades from Lilburn, GA.  This win put the #2 seeded Diablos in the Championship game against a big hitting, Rooster Baseball Team from Monroe, GA.  The Diablos got excellent pitching, good defense, and nearly flawless execution from the tournament weary guys.  All were vital in the 5-2 championship victory.  The Diablos pictured Back Row Left to Right:  Coach Adam Jones, Miles Jackson, Matthew Dunmon, Wilson Bakke, Max Stephens, Dustin Gaultney, Matthew Turner, Coach Rusty Jones, and Coach Kerry Ward.  Front Row Left to Right:  Nathan Ward, Jacob Muse, Dylan Kay, Nate Anderson, and Colby Kernan.  Missing from photo:  Michael Hooper, Austin Margol, and Josh Aspinwall.
