The City of Brookhaven Parks & Recreation Department is announcing a new season of Adult Softball, offering a winter league at Blackburn Park. Registration is now open until Friday, Nov. 13.
Participants must have turn 17 years old prior to Jan.1, 2015. The registration fee is $625 per team. Registration will be taken at the Parks and Recreation main office of Lynwood Community Center, 3360 Osborne Road NE, Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Registrations will also be accepted via fax, mail and online at www.brookhavenga.gov/city-departments/parks-recreation-/activities-programs and requires a commitment form to reserve a team spot in the league. Mailed or faxed registrations forms must include payment and be received by Nov. 11. The fax number is 404-637-0535.
League play begins the week of Nov. 30 and will continue until the week of Feb. 15.
