Interim CEO Lee May adds Brookhaven, Dunwoody to list of Town Hall meeting locations

DeKalb County, GA, October 7, 2015 – by Trey Benton – DeKalb County Interim CEO Lee May has scheduled several more Town Hall style meetings – adding a date in Brookhaven as well as a date in Dunwoody and Lithonia – to discuss his decision to issue an Executive Order “to dig deeply into the internal operations of DeKalb County Government” that led to a scathing report by Special Investigators Mike Bowers and Richard Hyde. May says residents will also have the opportunity to discuss issues including the county budget, government operations, and other topics of community concern.

On Wednesday of last week, Bowers and Hyde released a 40 page corruption report that calls out several elected officials and county staffers – including Interim CEO Lee May – and suggests they resign their positions immediately.  Continue Reading at The Brookhaven Post
