Innovative Italian Concept Offers a New Taste on Old Classics
ATLANTA (September 25, 2015) – Riccardo Ullio’s third Italian concept, Novo Cucina, is now serving brunch on Sundays. The innovative Italian restaurant offers a refreshing new spin on classic brunch offerings, all served in the comfort of the restaurant’s breezy open space with over 15 Enomatic wine offerings.
Novo’s chefs have turned brunch items on ear, with inventive offerings of pizze such as pistachio and mortadella, spread with a delectable pistachio-mascarpone paste and topped with mortadella, smoked mozzarella and a perfectly coddled sunny side up egg, as well as the “Benedict,” which offers a new taste for this brunch classic, topped with fontina and Swiss cheeses, pancetta, a coddled egg and hollandaise.
For something sweet, don’t miss daily-spun offerings of gelato artigianale served “bombolini style” inside a fresh brioche bun (better than a doughnut!) with Nutella or chocolate sauce. The bar is open, and Novo’s passion fruit sorbetto with Tito’s and Chambord is a refreshing way to start Sunday off right. The “Italian” offers a fun twist on the traditional Bloody Mary, mixed with spicy marinara.
Novo’s regular menu is available all day, and diners can feel free to sample wines from the Enomatic wine dispenser in three pouring sizes, then explore Atlanta’s only gelato artigianale, spun in-house every day. Brunch is offered from 11:30 a.m. until 3 p.m.
Novo Cucina is located at 5592 Chamblee Dunwoody Road, in Dunwoody Hall Shopping Center. Novo is open Sunday through Thursday from 11:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. and Friday and Saturday from 11:30 a.m. to 11 p.m. Please visit www.novocucina.com or call 470-275-3000 for more information.
