Dunwoody City Council approves 87 townhouses in Perimeter Center, rezones for State Farm

Dunwoody City Council on Aug. 24 approved a plan by Acadia Homes & Neighborhoods to build 87 townhouses in Perimeter Center. Councilwoman Lynn Deutsch cast the only opposing vote.
