Contratulations to the Dunwoody High School Golf Team. They won the Dekalb County tournament for the 7th year in a row! Playing on the team this year:
Seniors: Peter Trask, Marcus Byrd, Brox Labus, Corey Sullivan, Graham Owings
Junior: Tim Trembath
Sophmores: Ballard Ackaway, Davis Brainard, Will Benston
Freshmen: Cole Pickering, Nick Trembath, Elijah Dwoskin.
The tournament was held on April 13 at the Sugar Creek Golf course. The Wildcats won with a team score of 300, setting a new county record. The old record was a score of 301 set in 2013 (by the DHS Golf Team). Peter Trask won the low medalist honor. He tied for first place with a score of 73, then won the 2 hole playoff with a birdie. Davis Brainard came in third place with a score of 74. Corey Sullivan came in 4th place with a score of 75, and Tim Trembath came in 6th place with a score of 78.
