Atlanta’s most celebrated tapas restaurant, Eclipse di Luna – Park Place, will launch brunch service starting on Sunday, March 29th. Staying true to their roots, the restaurant will unveil a stylish new take on brunch with a Spanish-style tapas menu featuring small tastes of popular brunch dishes as well as inventive international flavors.
Every Sunday from 11 A.M. to 4 P.M., guests can choose from a selection of traditional tapas and brunch classics. The menu will feature plates like warm Cana de Cabra Goat Cheese with Poached Egg and Pecan Smoked Bacon Jam, Smoked Wild Atlantic Salmon with Piquillo Pepper Caramelized Onion Relish and Cayenne Spiced Goat Cheese Spread, and House-Made Granola with Fresh Seasonal Berries and Honey-Mint Yogurt. Brunch tapas-style has no limits and will allow guests to enjoy different dishes without the commitment to just one.
“We are thrilled to bring this new tapas-style brunch concept to Atlanta and believe that this is a unique alternative to the traditional brunch offerings found around the city,” says Eric Kline, Owner of Eclipse di Luna. “Eclipse di Luna will attract adventurous epicureans who are looking for distinctive and innovative culinary experiences set in an energetic atmosphere ideal for meeting and mingling with friends and family.”
The fun doesn’t stop at brunch on Sundays at Eclipse di Luna. Starting at 2 P.M., Eclipse di Luna will present a Spanish-style whole roasted pig—a historic delicacy that delighted such notables as Cervantes and Hemingway. The whole hog is slow roasted and served with Crispy Rosemary Potatoes, Serrano Chili Mojo, and Chopped Tomato & Cucumber Salad for $18 per person. In addition, the regular tapas menu will be available in conjunction with the Pig Roast starting at 4 P.M.
Along with half-off bottles of wine all day long, the bartenders at Eclipse di Luna will be serving up Classic and Crushed Strawberry Mimosas, three different versions of Bloody Marys, and a Spanish Style Cappuccino (Rye Whisky, a Double Shot of Espresso, Tia Maria and Whipped Cream with a Touch of Cinnamon).
In traditional Eclipse di Luna style, live entertainment will be featured throughout the day: starting at noon guests can listen to the sounds of the enchanting Latin Flamenco guitar and percussions, followed by a 3-piece trio that will start playing at 4:00 P.M.
No restaurant in Atlanta can compete with the award-winning tapas, expertly-crafted cocktails, or sultry entertainment of Eclipse di Luna and they are sure to impress with their Spanish spin on a tapas-style Sunday brunch.
