I must admit that I longed for time to read this book but never found any extra moments to turn the pages. I think I was a little afraid to pick it up because a friend told me that it was hard to understand some of the French Culinary jargon that was prevalent throughout. So, I settled for renting the movie and hoped for the best. Well..I got THE BEST! My hubby, my middle-schooler and I all three LOVED this movie. My older boy had other things to do but I’m sure would have liked it too! It was heartwarming, tragic, funny, interesting and downright YUMMY! We watched it on Saturday night and I woke up bright and early completely inspired by the movie and attempted to make a version of Hassan’s omelet! I’m no Michelin chef but we loved our Indianish Omelet!!!
