Sandy Springs police Wednesday were investigating an apparent murder-suicide at a home near Dunwoody Country Club.
Sandy Springs police Sgt. Ron Momon said they received an “active shooter” call to a home in the 7000 block of Chaparral Drive, in a neighborhood off Dunwoody Club Drive, just before 9 a.m.
“Officers arrived on the scene, immediately entered the residence, and upon entering the residence, they heard several shots fired,” Momon told The Atlanta Journal-Constitution.
