What do you want to do this summer?

For those of us with school aged kids, summer is here!   We usually make a family summer “to do” list but haven’t done it yet.   So….before I gather my family around the dinner table and create our list I thought I’d ask y’all what you want to do this summer.  There are so many fun things to do in Atlanta and in our great state of Georgia.    I’m curious about what fun things your family plans to do in and around town this summer.

I’ll start us out by listing a few things that will most likely make it onto my family’s list.   Then please add some fun suggestions for us!

  1. Go to a Braves game (As if we don’t see enough baseball in my family!)
  2. Read Mom’s list of required books (Guess who added this to the list?)
  3. Eat breakfast at an interesting and yummy restaurant that we’ve never tried before every other week
  4. Go white water rafting in North Georgia
  5. Spend tons of time at Vermack Pool
  6.   Go to an outdoor concert or two, or three
  7.   Visit Passion City Church (We will never leave DUMC but I love to visit this church!)
  8.   Go to Six Flags and White Water
  9.   See a show at The Fox Theatre
  10.   Fish in as many lakes as possible around the state
  11.
  12.
  13.
  14.
  15.

Help me fill in the blanks with some great suggestions for things to do!!!   I love checking things off this list!
