HOME BY DARK, Songwriters Show, hosted by Georgia-based singer-songwriter James Casto, has grown into one of the most popular songwriter series in America. At each show, James welcomes some of the best performing songwriters and musicians on the planet, performing in a Nashville-style, songwriters-in-the-round format. You’ll hear the stories behind the songs and enjoy acoustic music in its purest form, performed by the writers. Friday, James will be joined by hit songwriters, Billy Montana and Nicole Witt. Sitting in with the writers is NYC based saxophonist Matt Blanchard and B3/Accordion/Piano extraordinaire, Jim Hettinger. Also, portion of ticket proceeds will benefit the local charity, Right to Hike.
Billy has penned four #1 songs for Garth Brooks, Sara Evans, Jo Dee Messina, and most recently Lee Brice (Hard To Love).
