Hi everyone! ‘American Eagle Kids’ has contacted us to search for older barns and garage band-room conversions. We’re doing pretty well with finding farm property with barns – of course if you have a suggestion, please do share.
But we’re really in need of a garage that’s been converted into a teenage band-room. Or, it could even be a shed, maybe a large basement area that has daylight…something to that affect. It doesn’t need to be upscale, in fact, the more casual & cool, the better. Compensation to use it is very good!
