DECATUR, GA — A motion filed in the Andrea Sneiderman murder case claims the defendant would like for Sandra Bullock to play the role of Andrea Sneiderman in a movie. Mrs. Sneiderman is accused of murder in the shooting death of her husband, Rusty, outside a Dunwoody day care in November 2010.
The motion refers to the transcript of a phone conversation recorded at the DeKalb County jail in August between Mrs. Sneiderman and a friend. In it, Mrs. Sneiderman says: “I was thinking if Sandra Bullock wasn’t so old, she’d be a good choice. I watched the Miss Congeniality movie, like the second one or something, and I thought that she kind of has my personality. So, you know, that would be a good choice but I think she might be a little too old.”
No movie is publicly in the works. Sandra Bullock is 48 years old. Mrs. Sneiderman is 36.
Ok. Finding things to say about this is like shooting fish in a barrel. Ms. Sneiderman is such a target rich person. But I’m going to anyway. Sandra Bullock is not too old to play Andrea Sneiderman; she’s too pretty and nice. However, if Charlize Theron can play that serial killer in Monster, then I’m sure with prosthetics and a fat suit, Ms. Bullock would be talented enough to play Ms. Sneiderman. It’s always amusing to me when someone thinks they have the same personality as another person who is so diametrically opposite from themself. It would be quite a leap for Sandy Bullock to play someone as sociopathic and amoral as Andrea Sneiderman, but I’m sure she wouldn’t mind winning an Oscar doing it. In other words, don’t flatter yourself Andrea. You shouldn’t even include yourself in the same league as Sandra Bullock, a woman with more integrity, kindness, and compassion in her little finger than you have ever had.
