Chamblee United Methodist Church and USTA are excited to announce the Spring season of PRAISE! Tennis.

Practices/Matches: 8 & Under – Mondays 5:30 – 6:30 pm
10 & Under – Mondays 6:40 – 7:40 pm

HOW MUCH:
Cost:$75 per player (includes a 1-year USTA junior membership, professional coaching, team t-shirt). Junior rackets will be available for purchase for $15 at the first practice.
REGISTRATION:
1.Forms available at Chamblee UMC or online at www.chambleeumc.org
2.Complete one form for each player.
3.Mail or drop off form with payment at Chamblee UMC. (cash or check made
out to Chamblee UMC)
