Hearing regarding Brook Run’s trail

A public hearing on the temporary restraining order that has halted construction of a multiuse trail in Dunwoody’s Brook Run Park will be held January 4th at 4 p.m.  It will be before Judge Tangela Berrie of DeKalb County Superior Court in Court Room 5 C on the fifth floor of the Judicial Tower in the DeKalb County Courthouse, 556 N. McDonough St., Decatur, GA 30030.
