Update: Thank to everyone who responded to me yesterday about the recycling. It would appear that DeKalb switched things up a bit on most of us! From what I can gather from all the emails it seems that basically DeKalb decided to do blue box recycle and yard trimming pick up together on the same day. Neighborhoods have different days of the week for this service but I believe we all will now have Blue Box Recycle and Yard Trimming pick combined on a certain day. My day for both is now Tuesday but the day of the week differs for everyone! However, none of us in DeKalb will get recycle service during Christmas week next week! Thanks so much for all of your feedback.
From Audra~I received a note from DeKalb County that my Blue Box recycling has moved to Tuesdays. Therefore my yard trimmings and Blue Box recycling are both on Tuesdays beginning 12/18/12. I can’t find anywhere that indicates whether or not this is for all of Dunwoody area but I assume so and wanted to share the news.
