Kingswood Methodist has a couple fun basketball events coming soon:
Rising Star Basketball is back December 20-23, 9:00 am – 3:00 pm, offering their Holiday Hoops Clinic. You can register for one or all four days. Cost: $225 (4 days), $195 (3 days), $140 (2 days) or $75 (1 day). To register go to www.risingstarshoops.net or pick up a registration form in Kingswood’s Welcome Center. Registration deadline is December 16.
Hawks Dream Team: Join us March 12, 2011 for this exciting event with the Hawks when kids (ages 6-14) can join the players on the sidelines at Philips Arena to participate in warm-ups and team introductions. Children need to be accompanied by a parent. Plan to be there by 6:00 pm if you’re participating in the event; the game starts at 7:00 pm. Tickets are $21.25. Hurry, only 20 kids can participate in the sideline activities! Tickets must be purchased by February 9. Go to www.kingswoodumc.org/sportsfitness for a registration form.
