Join us at DeKalb County Animal Services for a Day for the Dogs! We’ll have a flower wall for photos, a kid-friendly and dog-friendly trunk-or-treat, local vendors for breakfast and coffee, and a pup cup stand! Costumes are strongly encouraged.
