Yep, I’m still keeping track of Trick or Treaters at my house. I have the sweetest new neighbors across the street who borrowed costumes from my stash and came over when done to help me tally the final count. The previous owners of our Meadowlake home started this tradition in 1984. They were out of town in 1994 and 20 years later in 2014 we were out of town for the Auburn @Ole Miss game. This year we seemed to have several big groups of 15-20 at a time but once darkness fell it was over. My favorite guests…of course… my adorable next door neighbors Quinn and Reese are always in the running, my 22 year old neighbor Kesler came home from UNG and brought his beautiful girlfriend over for the 2nd year in a row! But the real winners are Ariel and Daniel living in Dunwoody by way of South Africa and Israel celebrating their first American Halloween in costumes that belonged to my boys.
