At Able Homes, we provide in-home safety assessments to help people age in place safely. It is really best to keep the older population in the comfort and familiarity of their own homes as opposed to moving to assisted living. We can address both physical and cognitive changes and needs. As occupational and physical therapists, we have medical knowledge and have completed advanced courses on home modifications and design. We work with contractors to help implement our suggestions, like accessible bathrooms, kitchens, building ramps, lighting and more. Our goal is to keep people safe at home and save money in the long run. Emily is also a licensed real estate agent if selling is the ultimate best solution. Ann and Emily are Dunwoody Natives and would love to stay local!
