The Georgia Council on Economics Education (GCEE) recently recognized Ms. Laura Lampron, a teacher at Dunwoody High School, as a 2021 Georgia Economics Teacher of the Year! The GCEE Economics Teacher of the Year Award is presented to a K-12 teacher who demonstrates excellence in teaching economics and personal finance. Ms. Lampron exhibits a passion for economics and the ability to engage students at a high level even during the pandemic. In teaching economics and personal finance, Ms. Lampron displays creativity, flexibility, and determination.
