Ingredients:
- 1 c. plain yogurt
- 2 green onions finely chopped
- 2 tsp. crushed oregano
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
- 2 T salad oil
- 2 T wine vinegar
Mix all of these items with a whisk, add chicken (4 chicken breasts), making sure they are completely covered. Put in a Pyrex dish and marinate in the refrigerator for 1+ hours. Remove. Grill about 8 minutes each side. You can baste the chicken as it’s grilling if you’d like.
The chicken is so tender and delicious. You can eat it alone or slice up and put on top of a salad. Yum!
