Your teens are not giving you a hard time….they are having a hard time.
Think about how many hours your teen has been in front of the screen for “Zoom” school – A chance to be with other teens doing yoga is something just for them. It’s a time to recharge their batteries and give them a sense of connection.
Does your teen know there are tons of athletes, celebrities and musicians who do yoga? Robert Downey Jr., Adam Levine, Jennifer Aniston and Kaley Cuoco to name a few. As a matter of fact NLE Choppa does yoga and just posted some videos to his Twitter feed showing him practicing yoga!
Yoga gives teens the mental break they need while developing core strength and flexibility. Yoga teachings include tools to guide teens through these times of uncertainty and transformation more easily.
This class will be a well-rounded beginner-level experience that is focused on self-expression and inner listening.
