Dunwoody, GA— As the world starts to re-open, take the time to re-connect with nature in one of our spread out, professionally guided Forest Bathing Sessions.
Forest bathing, or shinrin-yoku, is a Japanese form of nature therapy that is designed to connect you with nature. The word, “bathing,” refers to the idea of absorbing your natural surroundings using all of the senses, rather than anything to do with water. Forest bathing aims to bring healing through connection to nature and trees. The practice is said to enhance well-being, reduce stress and restore calm.
Join Robin Hancock, Certified Forest Therapy Guide, for a 2 1/2 – 3 hour session at Dunwoody Nature Center. Event is all outdoors and is rain or shine. $35 per session for members (Use discount code FBMEM10)/$45 per session for non-members; no refunds please.
