Learn the basic techniques behind your favorite dishes from the comfort of your kitchen! Designed for the culinary enthusiast, our live and interactive classes will increase your culinary confidence and expand your everyday repertoire with essential techniques such as basic knife skills, sautéing, braising, frying, poaching, baking, roasting, searing, emulsifying and more. Best of all, classes include optional wine pairings explained by one of our wine experts!

Prior to class, you will be provided a list of ingredients, equipment needed and optional wine pairings which are available for take-out and curbside pick up at Vino Venue. During the class you are invited to sip along, watch, learn and ask questions! A video recording will be provided for your future enjoyment following the class.

Our demonstration classes are one to one and a half hours in duration and include an overview of wine pairings.
