Phoenix Rehabilitation and Health Services has partnered with local physical therapist, Sarah Taliaferro, to launch a new physical therapy practice in the Shops at Williamsburg located at the intersection of Mt. Vernon Rd. And Jett Ferry Rd. Sarah Taliaferro has both a master’s and a doctoral degree in physical therapy with over two decades of clinical experience. She is able to treat a wide variety of diagnosis and is both dry needling certified and a direct access provider. Most major insurance plans accepted.
