Dunwoody Girl Scout Anna Wilkinson has installed Take it to Make It pedestrian flags at three intersections in the Dunwoody High/Vanderlyn Elementary area. Every location includes collection buckets on either side of each crossing holding two bright orange flags which can be used by pedestrians while crossing.
To date, the project has been successful: Anna has received positive feedback from the neighborhood. A few of the flags at the Vermack-Vanderlyn intersection have disappeared, though; please be on the lookout for these flags and let Anna know if you spot them.
