The Saint Luke’s Presbyterian Church community tradition of honoring fallen soldiers (with a full flag display) on Memorial Day Weekend has unfortunately been suspended this year due to the Mount Vernon Road construction. Although logistics and safety have suspended our full display, Saint Luke’s honors and remembers American soldiers who have given their lives, and will resume doing so visibly as soon as possible. In the meantime, our hearts are filled with reverence and gratitude for those who have given ultimate sacrifice for their country.
