DHS DAWGS Celebrate Life at Halle’s Bench

Dunwoody High School’s Fellowship of Christian Athletes faculty advisor and Finance Academy Teacher, Steve Fortenberry went to Athens on Thursday to deliver pizza to some of his former students.  Where did they meet?  At Halle’s Bench….a bench on the UGA campus dedicated to the memory of Dunwoody’s beloved Halle Scott.  We are nearing the two year anniversary of Halle’s tragic death.   Halle was killed two years ago in an automobile accident along with 3 of her best friends.  Steve Fortenberry is pictured in this photo along with several former DHS Students (now DAWGS) and Halle’s Mom, Valerie Scott and her friend Sally Abele.
