“The man responsible is an artist who goes by the pseudonym Hamilton Burger, according to Reporter Newspapers. He said he collected hundreds of signs and cut them up.
“I know this an insult from both sides, so it seemed appropriate,” Burger, who couldn’t immediately be located by the AJC, told the Reporter Newspapers. “Those who wish to be offended will be offended.
